Shipping Policy
Order processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like School holidays and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping times
We ship from our warehouse located in Singapore. Currently, we only ship locally for Standard Shipping in our website. For any overseas shipment request, please contact WhatsApp 9669 5953.
Orders shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days after your order has been sent out from our fulfilment location.
For urgent express delivery option, please request via WhatsApp 9669 5953 before placing your order. All special requests have to be reviewed and confirmed, else default standard shipping will be applied.
Shipping costs
- Shipping orders with a value of $500 or less,
- Flat rate of SGD$8 for <5kg,
- Flat rate of SGD$10 for >5kg - 10kg,
- Flat rate of SGD$15 for >10kg - 30kg.
- Shipping orders with a value of $500 or more, have free shipping.
Local pickup
We offer free pickup at our Orchard Gateway Retail Outlet. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a [email/whatsapp] stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup the next day.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a [email/whatsapp] stating that you may visit our retail location with the business address and hours.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase from retail locations, or within 14 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. For all exchanges:
- Items must be unopened in original packaging.
- Original receipt must be presented.
Workshops, Sale and Discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.
All exchanges must be made at our Orchard Gateway Outlet.
Via delivery, fees will be borne by customer.
All damaged or wrong item order must be reviewed by Soap Ministry. Please contact us via WhatsApp 9669 5953 with proof of discrepancy.
In case of lost item orders, delivery fee will not be borne by Soap Ministry.
